Apple iPhone 4G Finally Unveiled
There is no doubt that the Apple iPhone 4G has been the talk of the techie town for the past several months. This June, Apple fans and gadget lovers get the chance to finally witness the unveiling of the iPhone 4.
Perhaps the most important feature that one will notice with the new iPhone is its new sleeker design. Although the former iPhone generation was already known for its thinness, the new iPhone is as much as 24% thinner than its predecessor—making it the thinnest smartphone in the market. Steve Jobs also boasted about how the front and back panels of the phone are made of glass and framed with stainless steel. Aside from providing protection, the stainless steel also serves as an antenna of the phone.
The new iPhone will also have a front-facing camera with 5MP resolution and flash. The camera will also be able to record HD videos.
Aside from being the thinnest smartphone around, the iPhone 4 will also have the highest screen resolution.
Those of you who have been crossing their fingers for video chatting features will undoubtedly be excited about the FaceTime feature—a video calling app that Jobs promised will work over the mobile network instead of through Wi-Fi only.
